Hello Everyone,

After many years of superb service as The Society of NLP's Director for

Japan, etc., Suil is now retiring from that position.

While we initiated that position in order to coordinate our efforts in

Japan, and Suil did a great job with the different organizations setting

that in motion, we now have wonderful coordination with those organizations

in Japan.  And so, we also no longer require any Director position.

My position with those organizations now continues directly with them, as it

has been in the recent past.  I will now be in direct communication with the

different organizations.

Suil will still be acting as a resource for training and support to the

trainers in Japan at their discretion and also in an advisory capacity to

The Society of NLP, and also be involved in the upgrading of Provisional

Trainers to Trainers in Japan.

A few months ago, Suil began to revisit the guidelines for the certification

process and programs that were being used in Japan, and I have asked her to

continue that as my coordinator.

Since this is an important document in order to maintain the consistent

quality trainings that we have appreciated from Japan, I and Dr. Bandler

look forward to our leading associates joining in this endeavor, and having

your input so that we may continue across Japan with the same and essential

guidelines.

Suil is not a member of the team per se, but will coordinate all your

efforts so that we can have a common understanding.  This should not be a

very difficult project for everyone and your input is needed and

appreciated.  I look forward to a quick completion of this project.

I want to personally thank Suil for her wonderful support as our Director

and look forward to her continuing involvement for us.  She has always been

dedicated and has worked very hard in her mission, which I'm sure was not

always easy.

I have also attached a pdf from Dr. Bandler to Suil, thank her, as well.

Please join us in thanking Suil for her past work as Director, and for her

willingness to continue being involved in certain activities for us and as a

resource to you, as well.

I also want to thank each and every one of you for what you do, as well.

I ask that you please also pass this along to all of our trainers that you

know there so they are also well informed of this message.

  Thanks and Be Well,

            John La Valle

The Society of NLP?as our Director for the past many years.

While you are retiring from that position, I also look forward to your

continuing to be active as a resource for training and support to the

trainers in Japan and also in an advisory capacity to the Society of NLP?as

well as continuing to be involved in the upgrading process of Provisional

Trainers to rainers in Japan for the Society of NLP?.

I wish you more success in all your additional endeavors and appreciate all

Dear NLP Trainers,

Since the early 1990’s I have served the NLP community in Japan and after

many years of being the director of Japan and Korea for the Society of NLP

Dr. Richard Bandler it is now time for me to retire from this position.

I have had the pleasure of working with so many of you NLP Trainers and can

retire feeling that a lot of good seeds of love, joy and freedom have been

planted and are growing well in Japan.

I will continue to be an advisor for the Society and work with Dr. Richard

Bandler and John and Kathleen LaValle is this capacity and will continue to

work with the upgrade from NLP Provisional Trainer to NLP Trainer

I have a heart of gratitude for all the gift of friendships that have helped

me during this journey in Japan.

Have a great life and spread the seeds of being happy.

I wish you all the best,

In gratitude,

Anna Suil
